Developing Health Insurance Strategies and Implementing Changes for Renewal

Making changes of significance to your current health plan can be intimidating. Group paperwork, employee communications and making sure you ask the right questions so you know all the implications and risks, can tempt nonprofit leadership to kick the can down the road another year or just stay the current plan as much can be afforded.

To make the right choices, now and for the future, requires understanding as to what you your health care needs are, including how your staff value and use your benefits and what the price points are for you as employer and the various circumstances of your employees. This workshop will provide practical and useful strategies for nonprofits navigating their health plan renewals. 

Participants will be empowered with decision making tips for making their health plan selection and communication strategies for keeping staff informed and engaged. Attendees will also be brought up to date on the status of any potential federal changes that may affect their future decisions and benefits offerings.
