Our workshop schedule is almost set!
1st Session topics will include:
How to Develop a Meat Share,
Caring for Your Share,
Supporting Your Farmer Beyond Membership,
an Investigation of Legal Issues Pertaining to CSA,
A Discussion of Farm Labor Issues, and
A Workshop on Food, Nutrition, and Culture.
2nd Session workshops topics include:
Viva La Volunteer!,
Advocating for Food Justice in the Obama Era,
How to Develop and Egg Share,
CSA-based Baby Food,
and Small Grant Opportunities in Brooklyn.
There will also be a panel discussion with CSA farmers when attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions to learn more about what it means to be a CSA farmer.
