Grace Church Community Center is a non-sectarian, non-profit, 501 (c) (3) social services agency that assists the neediest and most at-risk residents of Westchester County. It has been fulfilling this mission since 1979 and currently has eight programs to serve "The Hungry & The Homeless", "Children & Youth" and "The Elderly & the Disabled". Each year, the agency assists over 3,000 men, women and children, serves more than 100,000 free meals to the hungry and provides more than 12,000 night of shelter to the homeless.
