SOBRO has provided comprehensive and critical affordable housing preservation and development, along
with key economic development, social services, adult and youth programs for 45 years. These programs and
services enhance the lives of over 5,400 Bronx residents annually.

The funds for SOBRO’s 2019 Sapphire Soiree will be used to continue these key services and will be allocated
to our major 2 Year Plan Vision which will provide for:
• Business Growth and Job Creation
• Education and Workforce Development Programs
• Affordable Housing
