I’m happy to announce that the Striking Viking Story Pirates will be coming to the PS 58 Auditorium on Friday, 11/20 at 7 pm. This will be an exciting show for everyone, especially your children who have a chance at being chosen to be the authors of the performance! For the past few weeks, we have invited our PS 58 kids to write stories for the Pirates. On 11/3 the Pirates take these stories home and carefully review them. After reading all stories, they will choose 4 or 5, turn them into theater skits and perform them on 11/20! This performance will be 100% original! Though all stories will be reviewed by the Story Pirates, due to time limitations not all stories are able to be performed. Story Pirates do hold onto all stories and keep in a reference file for their future shows in their NYC theater space.
This show is NOT just for PS 58 families. We open our doors to the entire community and welcome anyone who enjoys theater, improv, comedy and creative art forms! The Pirates are super talented and unique. I guarantee you've seen nothing like them!
Ticket " General" : $15 Story Pirates show, general admission.
Option 1 doors at 6:30 pm, show at 7 pm
100% of profits go directly to the PTA to fund PS58 programs and events year round.
