The centerpiece of this exhibition is the letter mentioning the 1626 purchase of Manhattan for 60 guilders.  Rare maps, plans and views of the early Dutch settlement shed new light on the origins of New York City. 

Tour begins at 12 Fulton Street at 1:00 PM, and is free with purchase of museum admission ticket.
