Cancellation/Refund Policy: We understand plans can change. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

A full refund, less $15 administrative fee, will be issued two (2) weeks after the conference if notification is received on or before Friday, May 2, 2008. No refunds will be issued after that date.

Substitutions for registrants within the same company are permitted. We request advance notice of substitutions on a timely basis. The BBB reserves the right to cancel or suspend this conference if conditions warrant, in which case a full refund will be issued. The BBB assumes no liability for individual expenses committed and/or incurred to and from the conference site in the event of conference cancellation or suspension.
