Community Cradle provides innovative and dynamic health programs and services crucial to the lives of pregnant women and families in the Greater Capital Region.
We work to improve access to healthcare, insurance and knowledge about relevant issues for women and their families through many programs and resources offered both to providers and consumers.
Community Cradle helps ensure that Capital Region Families have available a full range of quality, accessilble, culturally-sensitive and continuous health and social services needed to improve pregnancy outcomes, infant health and the well-being of the family unit.
