The Niagara County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Inc. is a charitable community resource, dedicated to protecting and providing shelter and comfort to all animals in need. The Mission of the Niagara County SPCA, Inc. is to prevent cruelty to all animals, to help educate the public on the humane treatment of animals and to provide love and care for those companion animals with whom we come in contact. We promote adoption and re-homing for abandoned and unwanted companion animals. We promote humane treatment of all living things and work within the law to respond to and investigate all complaints of cruelty and neglect. The Niagara SPCA endeavors to eliminate cruelty and over-population. We support the principle that no person has the right to cause pain and suffering to any living creature.
