Technological innovation is both an engine of economic growth as well as a critically important tool in achieving energy independence, lowering our carbon footprint, dealing with the impact of global climate change, ensuring safe and secure food supplies, and other challenges confronted by our global community. Your contribution will be used to bring FIRST programs to more and more schools throughout the five boroughs of New York City. FIRST programs engage students in the process of technological innovation and bring communities together to celebrate the achievements of young men and women working smart in science and technology. Your generosity will impact the lives of thousands of young New Yorkers, helping them face the challenges of their future with great competence and confidence.
