CASES' mission is to increase the understanding and use of community sanctions that are fair, affordable, and consistent with public safety. CASES operates a range of programs for court-involved individuals with specific needs that cannot be adequately met within the jail, prison and juvenile placement system; our clients include young people, people with mental illness and people with substance abuse problems.
