Established in 1972, Chinatown Manpower Project, Inc is a not-for-profit community based organization with 501(c)(3) status. Our mission is to promote economic self-sufficiency by providing vocational training, employment services, educational programs, and economic development programs to low-income immigrants and refugees in New York City.
