The missions of Perceptions for People with Disabilities (PPD) is charitable and educational. To bring awareness to the community of the special needs of people living with HIV/AIDS, who are differently-abled (visually impaired/blind, hard of hearing/deaf, physically and/or mentally challenged. PPD would like to educate and empower people living with HIV/AIDS to become more social, self-sufficient, and independent.
