Originally known as the Upper West Side-Tipitapa Sister City project, we have evolved into a registered 501(c)3 organization known as Dos Pueblos: New York-Tipitapa Sister City Project. This change recognizes that we have evolved into a city-wide organization and that our purposes reflects the dual meaning of �two peoples� and �two villages� working to support a global future based on human rights, justice, and peace.
